Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead the Quality Engineering team in Fareham, driving product quality improvements across the lifecycle from NPI to delivery. The role emphasizes defect prevention, root cause analysis and close collaboration with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' Quality Engineering experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing
• At least 2-3 years' experience leading Quality Engineers
• HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of AS9100
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team across the product lifecycle
• Set and monitor department objectives and Quality KPIs
• Drive improvements in product quality and prevent defects
• Analyse quality performance by customer, product family, part number and process
• Lead RCCA investigations and implement corrective actions
• Drive use of PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and process capability
• Own operational customer Quality issues including complaints and NCRs
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and suppliers to implement improvements
• Escalate major quality risks and represent Quality in MRB and NPI/APQP contexts
