Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor, photonics, optical networking, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor tech and high-speed circuits.
• Solid knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, amplifiers and signal integrity.
• Experience with ISO9001, CAPA, NCMR, SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plans, and data analysis.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of customer returns, field failures, and RMAs.
• Act as technical lead for customer quality escalations with timely updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and present 8D reports and quality documentation.
• Support production with containment and corrective actions.
• Drive supplier and manufacturing quality improvements across the supply chain.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma-based improvement projects and maintain ISO9001 compliance.
• Support NPI quality requirements and participate in design reviews and FMEA workshops.]
