Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is building a repeatable, product-led approach to delivering hyperscale infrastructure. We seek a Product Performance Data Analyst to own the integrated cost, schedule, and benchmark data foundations that drive product decisions and executive reporting.

You will shape the performance data model, maintain auditable data foundations, and develop repeatable insights for product, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, data modeling, validation, and governance.
• Experience with cost, schedule, or project data.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Exposure to capital projects, construction, or infrastructure data a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain KPIs and analytics views for leadership.
• Maintain benchmark datasets, schemas, data dictionaries, and baselines.
• Validate submissions against required fields, values, and naming standards.
• Run QA checks for duplicates, missing metadata, and mappings.
• Maintain source data, base date, currency, assumptions, and ownership metadata.
• Support variance analysis with clear baseline and reference data.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards across baseline and reference points.
• Collaborate with Developers and IT to automate validation and reporting.
