Job summary

Aptia Group is seeking a Senior Product Owner to shape the future strategy and roadmap for our Digital Products. You will partner with the Propositions Manager, Lead PO and Implementations Leader to drive value, prioritise features and realise benefits from software development.

This hybrid role supports offices in London or Chichester and remote work from home. You will lead a team of Product Owners and Analysts, manage stakeholder expectations across locations, and ensure timely delivery while

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries.
• Proven leadership of Product Owners/Analysts teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritise roadmap.
• Prioritise roadmap based on value and deliver a stable, compliant product.
• Define and oversee delivery of applications development roadmap and full product lifecycle for assigned products.
• Develop and embed a culture of ownership and delivery within your team of Product Owners/Implementation Analysts.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables meets required criteria and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead the team responsible for customer deliveries, configuration and product support activities.
