Job summary

Heywood is seeking a Senior Product Owner to translate customer needs and business strategy into clear, prioritised outcomes. You will lead one or more delivery teams, working closely with Product, UX and engineering to improve pension-related digital experiences.

This role supports expansion into international markets and relies on Agile practices (Scrum/Lean). Heywood offers an open culture, learning opportunities and a hybrid working model to enable collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customer needs, organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities.
• Experience leading product development across multiple products or delivery teams.
• Ability to mentor and coach other Product Owners to raise capability and consistency.
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum and Lean).

Responsibilities

• Translate vision and objectives into clear, prioritised outcomes for delivery.
• Lead one or more development teams within the Product & UX function.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Owners, UX, Engineering and senior stakeholders to shape direction.
• Support formation of new teams and evolving ways of working for expansion into an international market.
• Champion user-centred design, cloud-based platforms and modern engineering practices.
