Job Description:
Your Role: Forming a pivotal part of Oxa's Marketing team in our Product Engineering function, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with a wide spectrum of stakeholders. You will be at the forefront of translating Oxa’s vision, strategy, technology, products, services, and solutions into clear positioning, messaging, and propositions. This is a brand new role in our small but dynamic and highly impactful marketing team, directly supporting our growth by connecting the world’s leading businesses to the value of autonomy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the product marketing strategy for all of Oxa’s products and solutions
- Create and deliver an impactful roadmap of product marketing activity, including new product launches aligned to our commercialisation strategy
- Gather customer feedback and immerse yourself in insights and data-driven competitor intelligence to formulate clear and compelling product messaging and positioning
- Lead the production of product marketing and sales enablement collateral
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team to inform and deliver marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as product management, solution delivery, and engineering leads to understand product features and capabilities
- Brief and manage relevant suppliers and agencies
- Champion product marketing techniques
- Act as an evangelist for Oxa’s products and solutions, and how they meet customer needs
- Provide training, direction, and advice to others on product positioning and customer value propositions
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- A proven track record of B2B product marketing in a fast-paced environment; you know what great looks like and are able to create playbooks to achieve this
- Experience of launching new products to market
- A talent and passion for turning complex and advanced technology concepts into clear and concise product positioning
- Obsessive about customer- and product-centricity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Extra Kudos if you have:
- Experience of autonomy, robotics, automotive technology, AI or other similar industries
- Scale-up or high-growth start-up experience
- Worked with global products in early stage markets
