Job summary

Palladium Digital in London seeks a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to design, define and refine digital products for PE-backed portfolios and corporate clients. You will lead engagements from idea to product in use, shaping scope, priorities and measurable value within client relationships.

You will originate work, build your team and help grow Palladium's Product Practice, collaborating with the Head of Product to develop frameworks and repeatable approaches for scale.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in product management and delivery, incl. digital transformation programmes.
• Experience leading client engagements end to end, not just contributing.
• Experience line-managing and developing product team members.
• Full product lifecycle experience from ideation to launch, with significant software development exposure.
• Experience governing demand pipelines and business requests; negotiating timelines and priorities.
• Commercial acumen to manage contracts, scope and project profitability, with a track record of originating and winning work.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end to end, from problem framing and product strategy through to delivery and measurable value realisation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as product and digital advisor.
• Support business development, including proposals, pitches and tender responses.
• Manage scope and commercial delivery on every engagement with clear ROI for the client.
• Design, define and refine digital product strategies aligned to user needs and commercial goals.
• Own the product roadmap and drive features through to implementation.
