Job summary

Palladium Digital Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead product engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies and corporate clients. You will shape what gets built and why, taking it from first idea through to a product in use.

You will originate work, develop your team and help build Palladium's Product Practice, working with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management and delivery, incl. digital transformation programmes.
• Experience leading client engagements end-to-end.
• Experience line-managing and developing product team members.
• Proven ability to define and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end to end, from problem framing and product strategy through to delivery and measurable value realisation.
• Own the product roadmap and drive features through to implementation.
• Translate client needs into robust, user-centric solutions and manage risks.
• Lead and develop a team of product professionals and help shape Palladium's Product Practice.
