Job summary

Calnex Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support our Time and Synchronization test solutions from our UK offices.

You will discover customer needs and drive concepts from idea through validation with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the sales and marketing teams are prepared to promote value. You will contribute to strategic initiatives and help shape messaging for target markets, working in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience with Product management of a high-value, low-volume technology product.
• Experience in conducting regular and efficient discovery sessions with users.
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or very closely related role.
• Ability to build wider personal network and identify/analyse new data sources to gather market insight.
• Previous experience in technology/engineering, e.g. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
• Have an eye for opportunities: separate key information from noise to find what customers really need.
• Clear communicator of decisions and the rationale behind them.
• Ability to quickly understand and articulate new technologies.
• Ability to support up to 25% of the role involving worldwide business travel.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand our strategic objectives and deliver products leveraging Calnex’s technical expertise.
• Identify current and future user needs through research and interaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to capture ideas and prioritise work.
• Define scope of development projects and manage time to market, cost and quality.
• Communicate value of solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
