Ideagen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of software products, driving delivery excellence and commercial success across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams in the UK.

You will shape strategy, improve delivery quality and align solutions with customer needs while influencing roadmap direction and business outcomes. The role is highly visible with opportunities to scale products and impact growth.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in SaaS, technology or product-led organisations.
• Proven success delivering both product and commercial outcomes across complex portfolios.
• Strong roadmap planning, strategy, discovery and go-to-market execution.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering in agile environments.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback and market data to guide decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Pricing strategy, market positioning or growth experience.
• Strategic yet hands-on mindset balancing long-term vision and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance of a portfolio of products, ensuring delivery priorities align with customer needs and business goals.
• Establish and maintain high standards of product management, ensuring product briefs, requirements and delivery plans are consistently clear and actionable.
• Identify and address structural delivery challenges, improving product quality, backlog health and engineering efficiency across multiple teams.
• Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and major enhancements, ensuring commercial readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success and Product leadership teams to ensure customer insights directly influence roadmap decisions.
• Review customer feedback, market trends and product performance data to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Drive pricing discussions, commercial decision-making and win/loss analysis to support business growth objectives.
• Support the development of Product Managers and Technical Product Owners whilst contributing to continuous improvement across the Product organisation.
