Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a senior product leader to own and advance the customer-facing recommendation and ranking systems. You will work with data science and engineering to shape algorithms, drive experiment-driven improvements, and align cross-functional teams around a compelling product roadmap.

The role focuses on the home-page ranking and recommendations, requiring a track record of data-driven decision making and delivering measurable impact in high-traffic consumer platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data-driven product development for ranking/recommendations in high-traffic consumer platforms.
• Strong ML/data science fluency and collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
• Proven track record of building experimentation and measurement frameworks that drive business impact.
• Ability to influence across large, matrixed organisations and translate complex ML concepts into product outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and own long-term product vision, strategy and roadmaps for recommendation systems.
• Analyze user behaviour at scale and identify improvement opportunities via quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering leadership to shape algorithms and architecture for product outcomes.
• Lead product discovery practices, set standards for user research and opportunity sizing.
• Own KPI framework for recommendations, set north-star metrics and accountability.
• Design and govern A/B testing and experimentation standards and apply learnings across the portfolio.
• Prioritize investments across a complex backlog and align senior leadership around the roadmap.
