Job summary

Verve, a global ad-tech leader, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own core programmatic marketplace initiatives in London. You will drive end-to-end product execution alongside engineering, yield, commercial, and operations teams, focusing on improving publisher yield and DSP spend velocity.

You will lead feature discovery, define PRDs, and manage backlogs with a strong emphasis on commercial ROI, open RTB protocols, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for programmatic advertising platforms (SSPs/Exchanges/DSPs).
• Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocols and RTB auction mechanics.
• Experience with structured prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE) and Agile methods.
• Strong analytical ability to translate bidstream insights into feature plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own feature discovery, PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Apply prioritization models to optimize backlog based on ROI and efficiency.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Eng Managers to align on ROI-focused work.
• Monitor exchange KPIs to identify revenue challenges and growth opportunities.
• Lead release cycles with cross-functional teams and ensure clear documentation.
