Job summary

Benivo, a next-gen enterprise SaaS for Global Mobility, is seeking a Product Builder to shape what comes next. You will own a product domain end-to-end, from user problems to production-ready features, working closely with engineers and AI tooling.

You’ll prototype with Claude Code and other AI coding tools, translate business problems into practical APIs, integrations, and workflows, and collaborate with Sales, CS, and Implementation to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools to build features, prototypes, automations, or internal tools.
  • Strong technical fluency and a practical understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication, webhooks, logs, and system behaviour.
  • Experience as Product Manager, Product Builder, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, or similar.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user value, commercial impact, effort, risk, and strategy.
  • Enough SQL and data skills to investigate problems and understand product impact.
  • Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
  • A proactive , resourceful mindset and a willingness to work through ambiguity.
  • And you’re excited about the idea that AI is changing what great Product Managers can do themselves.
  • You’re a builder, not just a coordinator
  • You’re comfortable talking to users looking at data, understanding how systems work, experimenting with AI tools, and getting your hands dirty rather than waiting for someone else to build the first version
  • You enjoy taking a messy problem, figuring out what actually matters and turning it into something that works

Responsibilities

  • Own a product domain end-to-end: vision, roadmap, priorities, measurable outcomes
  • Get close to users and data to identify high-value problems
  • Prototype with AI tools, test, and iterate with engineering to production
  • Translate business problems into practical solutions across UI, APIs, integrations, workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, Implementation, Ops, and external partners
  • Communicate decisions clearly and keep teams aligned

Job description

  • At Benivo, we’re building the next generation of enterprise SaaS for Global Mobility — and we’re looking for a Product Builder to help shape what comes next
  • This isn’t a traditional Product Manager role. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just define what should be built, but is excited to build it themselves
  • Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, Alex Tzukerman, you’ll own a product domain end-to-end: understanding user problems, setting direction, analysing data, shaping solutions, prototyping with AI tools like Claude Code, and working closely with engineers to bring ideas into production
  • Own a product domain, including its vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Get close to our users, clients, internal teams, workflows, and data to identify high-value problems
  • Use Claude Code or similar AI coding tools to build, prototype, test, and iterate on product capabilities
  • Turn business problems into practical solutions across UI, APIs, integrations, workflows, data, and automation
  • Work closely with Engineering to take ideas from prototype to production-ready SaaS features
  • Understand and shape API integrations, data flows, authentication, webhooks, error handling, and edge cases
  • Use data and product judgment to decide what to build, automate, configure, or deprioritise
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Operations, and external partners to turn real customer needs into scalable solutions
  • Communicate clearly, document decisions, and keep teams aligned
Benefits
  • 33 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays which are flexible - you may choose to work on bank holidays and take the day off elsewhere in the year
  • Flexible start-end times (core hours are 10am - 4pm)
  • Learning & development - every Friday afternoon is a half day to focus on your self-development and interests
  • A yearly generous wellbeing cash-allowance
  • PayLater cash advance - financial assistance for large personal expenses (e.g moving house, furniture, etc)
  • Work remotely from 30+ countries for one month per calendar year
  • Enhanced employer pension contributions of up to 5%
  • Share options in the employee’s options plan
  • Company social events and team celebrations
