Job Description And Responsibilities
- Develop premium benefits strategy to ensure services remain relevant as consumer needs change, focusing on emerging affluent and UHNW segments, while positively impacting Visa's and clients' bottom line.
- Manage benefit offerings in Europe, including existing solutions and early-stage concepts, building business cases, P&L, and roadmaps with prioritization.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and market teams, along with other internal stakeholders, to scale projects and expand adoption, understanding impacts and requirements.
- Work with the Global Partner Management and Sourcing team to ensure high performance of benefits through partner activities.
- Drive solution adoption in European markets, supporting RFPs and exploring commercial opportunities to scale premium products across markets.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to align European strategies, targets, and reporting.
- Manage ecosystem and solutions providers across Europe, working with industry and internal stakeholders to enhance solutions, competitiveness, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Visa leadership, adapting strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
- Manage two premium product managers overseeing the benefits portfolio.
- Adapt to evolving role requirements and team needs.
This is a hybrid position, with employees working 2-3 days per week in the office, approximately 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in product/provider management within technology or financial services roles.
- Curious, inquisitive problem solver, thriving in complex problem spaces.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate business, financial, and technical insights into market strategies and revenue opportunities.
- Understanding of scaling and distributing products/services in a tech environment.
- Ownership mindset, capable of overcoming challenges to succeed.
- Comfort with iterative change to maximize opportunities and efficiencies.
- Ability to advance solutions and enhancements with urgency for strategic benefits.
- Experience deploying premium benefits across European credit and debit portfolios, leveraging Visa’s premium product range for various clients to enhance competitiveness, usage, revenues, and loyalty.
