You will translate client needs into clear product capabilities, balance priorities, and guide development from concept to release, ensuring continued growth and adoption of optimisation services across the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a product, business analysis, operations, client-facing, or related role within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and post-trade processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: own optimisation products and workflows and define product requirements and priorities throughout the lifecycle.
• Product Development: design concepts, specifications, and support testing, validation and release activities.
• Client & Market Engagement: engage clients to understand needs and gather feedback for adoption of services.
• Stakeholder Management: communicate priorities and roadmaps across Product, Technology and Operations teams.
