Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Payments platform, the critical infrastructure powering billions of dollars in transactions worldwide. You will lead end-to-end product development across banking partners and fintech ecosystems, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or equivalent experience
• Strong product taste, judgement, and design thinking
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with agency and urgency.
• AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate your workflows and drive impact
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable infrastructure that supports both current needs and future growth

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience for Navan Payments platform, from vision through execution.
• Build strategic relationships and integrations with banking partners, PSPs, and fintech infra players.
• Lead expansion of payments capabilities into new geographies, navigating regulatory requirements, local banking, and currency dynamics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features from conception through launch.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap focused on customer value while managing technical complexity and risk.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track success metrics, and continuously optimize payment performance.
