Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's; or a PhD with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to own a full product end to end across teams with minimal oversight.
• Strong strategic thinking with multi-quarter strategy and issue resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; defend investment business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, influencing cross-team priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making, including metric trees.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end backlog, strategy, and commercial performance across teams.
• Set multi-quarter product strategy and represent it in roadmap reviews.
• Balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility in decisions.
• Lead discovery, roadmap, and delivery for higher-complexity domains and adoption metrics.
• Own platform, API, and integration strategy; advise Sales and Customer Success on edge cases.
