Job summary

Ofcom’s Online Safety Group seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the OS Product Team. You will shape product strategy, drive data/AI initiatives, and work with cross-functional partners to deliver value for the UK public. This 18-month fixed-term role emphasizes governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and translate user insights into measurable product outcomes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery in product management using standard methodologies.
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive product roadmaps and strategic frameworks.
• Support delivery of a strategic vision and monitor OKR progress.
