Archer, in partnership with J.P. Morgan, seeks a Product Manager for the Marketplace within Asset Management Data Strategy.

You will define and deliver capabilities to govern, catalogue, discover, and consume data, shaping a metadata marketplace used across asset management to strengthen governance and accelerate delivery. Work with technology and business stakeholders to build tools that manage data domains, data contracts, lineage, and data quality.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated product management experience on large-scale data platforms.
• Knowledge of metadata concepts (cataloging, lineage, glossary, quality signals).
• Ability to translate needs into epics, user stories and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams for iterative delivery.
• Ability to align with senior stakeholders and manage cross-team priorities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product delivery and metadata implications.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the product vision for Marketplace capabilities to strengthen data governance outcomes.
• Partner with technology to align architecture and release plans with priorities.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements for metadata management.
• Define and prioritize features for data domains and business term classification.
• Own the product roadmap with milestones, sequencing and dependencies.
• Manage the feature backlog with scope and trade-offs based on value and risk.
• Coordinate delivery across data architecture, engineering, analytics, and compliance.
• Deliver capabilities for metadata capture for lineage, contracts, and quality.
