Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Product Leader for the BAD Product family to own the licensing and administration experience across purchases, subscriptions, and organization management. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Finance to drive discovery, validate hypotheses with data, and shape the long-term vision for the licensing ecosystem.

You’ll define the product strategy, map customer journeys, and ensure a seamless, reliable user experience while tracking adoption and support

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex SaaS/B2B products.
• Experience driving product discovery and prioritization.
• Lead cross-team collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, and finance.
• Ability to base decisions on telemetry and experiments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Identify user friction via research, telemetry, and support data.
• Map end-to-end journeys: purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, administration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, QA from discovery to launch.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.
