Job summary

JetBrains in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager for BAD Product to own the purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and admin experiences. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to shape the long‑term vision and drive data‑driven decisions that improve the licensing ecosystem.

Day to day you will define and execute the product roadmap, uncover user friction through research and telemetry, and map end‑to‑end journeys across purchasing

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end SaaS/B2B product areas.
• Experience driving product discovery and roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to navigate complex customer journeys and multi-team dependencies.
• Experience using telemetry and metrics for decision making.
• Ability to work with engineering on APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
• Uncover user friction through customer research, telemetry, and feedback.
• Map and improve purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration journeys.
• Identify gaps across subsystems to unify user experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from discovery to launch.
• Define and track product metrics for adoption, conversion, support demand.
• Communicate direction and progress to cross‑functional stakeholders.
