Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a product-minded leader to own the multi-cluster infrastructure for AI workloads, spanning bare metal, private clouds, and public clouds. You will ensure clusters built outside our platform become first-class citizens, while evolving with upstream Kubernetes and Cluster API, and providing long-term support as a product.

You will work daily with senior engineering leads and large enterprise customers, bringing technical fluency and disciplined judgment to a deeply

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management on infrastructure products.
• Strong Kubernetes depth with cluster lifecycle and operators.
• Clear written communication across time zones.
• Certification in Kubernetes is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure for AI workloads across substrates.
• Oversee cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, scaling, Day-2 ops.
• Drive brownfield federation and multi-cluster management.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and enterprise customers.
• Balance long-term strategy with practical execution.
