Position: Snr Product Manager

Salary: to c£65,000 (negotiable)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

We’re excited to partner with a fast-growing Data Analytics Insurtech to recruit a Snr Product Manager focused on US Commercial Insurance products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, working remotely while supporting their dynamic North American Commercial team. This is a newly created role at an exciting stage of company development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery — continuously improving products based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Execute and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for innovative SaaS solutions.
• Develop clear, actionable product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology and Data to deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive prioritisation, sprint planning, and successful product releases.

Requirements

• Product management experience based in the UK with a focus on the US Insurance Market — essential.
• Experience in Commercial Insurance would be highly advantageous.
• Occasional travel to Head Office (max once a month) for on-site days.
• Proven track record of achievement in Product Management.
