Wolt in London is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Homepage team, shaping how customers discover restaurants, groceries and retail venues across multiple brands. You’ll own end-to-end features in a highly data-driven, AI-enabled context and partner with engineering, design and analytics to ship impact.

You’ll balance ranking, personalization and product strategy, turn customer problems into opportunities, and navigate multiple markets with clarity.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products—discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant.
• A product manager who identifies customer problems and makes the case for solving them.
• Ability to weigh multiple business objectives and make clear trade-offs.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to think long-term while delivering tangible next steps.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing domain, especially AI-driven experiences.
• Curiosity about how AI changes value for customers.

• Build end-to-end features on the Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, groceries and retail venues.
• Tackle ranking, personalization and AI/ML challenges in the Homepage domain.
• Explore AI-driven and agentic experiences to improve discovery.
• Coordinate across three brands and multiple markets without a one-size-fits-all approach.
