Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Group PM for Discovery Experience to lead the homepage strategy, experimentation and AI-powered personalization. You will guide a team of PMs and work with data science, engineering, and senior stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver impact at scale.

The role focuses on personalisation, ranking models, and acceleration of testing while balancing customer needs with commercial goals across a high-traffic surface.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Deep experience with rigorous A/B tests and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with recommendation engines, ranking or ML models.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strategic thinking across customer, commercial and tech goals.

Responsabilités

• Own and guide the product strategy for the Discovery experience.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Set the standard for experiments and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering on AI features.
• Lead and coach a team of PMs.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities.
• Partner across the business to reflect customer and commercial needs.
