Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Pricing and Billing to lead Global Payment Solutions pricing and billing initiatives for the UK Commercial Banking segment. You will drive the end-to-end pricing and billing strategy, collaborating with GPS Europe/Global and CMB UK to deliver a strategic platform and governance framework.

Based in London in a hybrid role, you will report to the Revenue Management team lead, with line management responsibilities and exposure to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cash management or pricing to invoicing reporting.
• Pricing and billing systems experience in banking is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems and technology.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on GPS products while leading UK CMB GPS strategic initiatives across pricing and billing.
• Drive simplification for customers, frontline teams, and operations, improving usability and service outcomes.
• Define target operating model, roadmap, and strategy for billing across GPS products and services.
• Provide project and management reporting, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and regulatory considerations.
• Own governance for UK GPS billing rules for product enhancements and launches, plus regulatory and audit workstreams.
