Job summary

Nexcess is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and development for fundraising and donation products, serving nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. You will own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, performance, and client experience across the assigned portfolio, with focus on digital fundraising, online payments, and donor journeys.

Role requires deep knowledge of fundraising tech, payer insights, and regulatory considerations, with Company-level AI and broader

Qualifications

Significant product management experience at Senior, Lead, or comparable level.
Experience with fundraising, donations, payments, ecommerce, subscriptions, or other transactional digital products.
Working knowledge of online payments, gateways, recurring billing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and payment recovery.
Understanding nonprofits or other mission-driven organizations and their operating needs.
Familiarity with privacy, data protection, accessibility, security, and payment-processing considerations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmaps based on client needs and market conditions.
Prioritize features, packaging, services, investments, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Identify market and competitive developments and translate into product recommendations.
Lead product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, deprecations, and data migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
