Lendscape is seeking a Product Manager to shape a product area at the intersection of complex financial workflows and enterprise customer needs. You will own discovery, define outcomes, and lead prioritisation in a dual-track model with Engineering and Design leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery practices (Jobs to Be Done, continuous discovery, dual-track agile).
• Ability to synthesize complex customer, commercial and technical inputs into a clear product direction.
• Strong analytical capability with product data, usage analytics and financial metrics.
• Ability to make trade-offs in a capacity-constrained delivery model and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and strategy for your area; validate opportunities through customer and market discovery.
• Maintain a single transparent backlog and apply ROI-based prioritisation with clear rationale.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and engineers in short, iterative delivery cycles; write outcome-oriented user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with sales, customer operations and key clients to align roadmap and commercial understanding.
• Contribute to planning, roadmap and OKR processes to ensure coherence with wider product strategy.
