Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile, you will drive development and support the in-life management of CityFibre’s Ethernet, infrastructure, off-net, and other non-FTTP product portfolios, targeting ISPs and sectors like mobile and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and launch market-leading products, features, and services that provide an excellent customer experience.
• Manage and launch new product capabilities from concept to market.
• Track and manage product P&L, including reporting on volumes, revenues, and financial targets.
• Support major customer opportunities and engage with sales stakeholders, including bid support and feedback collection.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiations with partners and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong background in Product Management, with success managing product portfolios through the entire lifecycle.
• Experience managing teams of product managers and engaging stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data connectivity products, especially Ethernet, broadband, and backhaul services.
• Experience developing telecoms products for business ISP, mobile operators, and public sector.
