Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the audiobook experience across its mobile apps, joining Format Foundations within Core Experience and partnering with the Audiobooks business unit to shape discovery, evaluation, enjoyment, and reading.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, and other teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality experiences and use data and AI tools to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in audiobook, ebook, or digital reading.
• Deep understanding of audiobook landscape, user behavior, and publishing dynamics.
• Experience delivering consumer apps on iOS/Android with complex UX.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Spotify’s audiobook experience across discovery, evaluation, playback, library, and reading.
• Shape the audiobook journey end-to-end and align with business goals and listener needs.
• Collaborate with the Audiobooks unit to translate strategy into product innovations that fuel growth.
• Lead multimodal experiences at the intersection of listening and reading across platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and other teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality experiences.
• Use data, experiments, and user insights to continuously improve the product.
• Build alignment across Core Experience, Audiobooks, Personalization, and other partners.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, setting direction and scope with Engineering on delivery.
