Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead operational workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. Based in the United Kingdom with a global remit across North America, Europe and APJ, you will work with customers, engineering and design teams to validate opportunities and deliver measurable business value.

You will champion an AI-first mindset, drive discovery through adoption, and partner with customers to shape the next generation

Qualifications

Experience delivering SaaS workforce or resource management software.
Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, payroll integration or analytics.
Understanding of construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing or other project-driven industries.
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
Familiarity with AI, automation and agentic experiences.
Experience establishing design partner or customer co-innovation programmes.
Degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Product Strategy and shape roadmaps for designated product domains and investments.
Drive customer and market discovery, validating opportunities before investment decisions.
Define the product with customer problems, outcomes and success measures; prototype and validate.
Deliver evidence-led investment cases and drive initiatives from discovery through adoption.
Shape the future of workforce management with an AI-first mindset and partner with customers to co-create the next generation of solutions on IFS Cloud.
