Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery and delivery of workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APJ, working with customers, partners and internal teams to create measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management or enterprise software.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, or analytics.
• Understanding of operationally intensive industries; experience with global customers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Product Strategy and shape roadmaps for designated product domains and investments.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into focused investments with measurable outcomes.
• Drive discovery, validation and iterative product definition with engineering and design teams.
• Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, innovation and product delivery.
• Deliver evidence-led investment cases and support launch and customer engagement.
