Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate, AI Product Manager to join our central AI Products team within Home Client Services in the United Kingdom. You will bridge data science and product, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to deliver customer-facing features and improve operational workflows.

You will work hands-on with data scientists and engineers to define requirements, build AI-driven solutions, and measure impact on KPIs while staying ahead of AI advances in the field.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on data science / analytics or product management experience.
• Experience bridging data science and product teams.
• Experience with AI/ML consumer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase the impact of the product through data-driven insights.
• Translate recommendations into clear work streams and features with cross-functional teams.
• Execute technical workstreams: data pipelines, ML models, LLM workflows.
• Own end-to-end experiments and measure KPI impact.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements to inform product strategy.
