Job summary

Yara International is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of commercial and agronomical digital solutions for Yara Europe. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to farmers and retailers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or similar.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for a key domain within the farmer and retailer portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Coordinate with cross-country teams to localize and roll out platform solutions.
• Align stakeholders across regions, tech, and commercial teams on progress and decisions.
• Measure engagement, retention, and revenue metrics to drive product improvements.
