About Benenden Health

Benenden Health is a leading UK not-for-profit healthcare provider committed to offering affordable private healthcare. As we continue to evolve and grow our Product & Innovation team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager.

This role is pivotal in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of the Society’s strategic product roadmap.

The Senior Product Manager will ensure that products and services within the portfolio are continually developed in line with member needs, market insights, and commercial considerations.

This role is critical for enabling the delivery of the product strategy, business plan, and the Society’s overall long-term sustainability through new and evolved products and services.

Location and Working Arrangements

The Benenden Health office is based in York. While there is an opportunity to work from home, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with a requirement for weekly attendance at the office.

Candidate Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of bringing new products and services to market from concept to delivery.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products.

• Strong understanding of digital technology and tools.
• Healthcare or Financial Services experience is ideal.
