We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who will join a global Insurance business and work across a line of Underwriting and Claims (UW & C) IT Products. This opportunity involves engaging with senior Finance, Actuarial, and Treasury stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and overseeing their implementation.

We seek a Senior Product Owner with extensive application management experience, particularly managing Underwriting and Claims applications within the Insurance sector, such as Policy Administration and Claims systems.

This role offers a hybrid working model: three days in the London office and the remaining days remote. It includes a competitive benefits and bonus package, with a salary up to £140,000.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing vendor products and influencing roadmaps to align with business priorities (roadmaps, BAU improvements, incident fixes).
• Collaborating with the business to plan, design, and deliver projects, small changes, and continuous improvements.
• Leading and coordinating with internal teams, outsourcing partners, and vendors to ensure scope delivery within budget and timelines.
• Driving improvements through data analysis—handling incidents, requests, and root cause analysis.
• Optimizing vendor contracts and managing within the allocated budget.
