Senior Technical Product Manager – SaaS Scale-up - London - £110k

A leader in the mission-led SaaS company operating at the intersection of technology and the built environment is looking to continue their growth (25% in 12 months) by making their first Senior Technical Product Manager hire.

This role supports the launch of their new AI & ML tool to their existing client base. You’ll join a product team of 6 and take full ownership of the product.

As a key member of the product team, you’ll help shape and scale their cloud-based platform used globally by firms in architecture, construction, and engineering.

This role is ideally suited to someone with extensive experience in similar Technical Product Manager roles and a technical background such as a computer science degree (or related) and/or hands-on engineering experience, although these are not mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver product strategy across platform and AI teams, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable work, partnering with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
• Lead discussions on architecture and technical trade-offs, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.
• Collaborate across teams, aligning platform capabilities with wider product objectives.
• Drive agile delivery, overseeing backlog management, sprint planning, and execution.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in product management with a strong technical foundation (e.g., Computer Science degree or engineering background).
• A proven track record of delivering SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or platform products in B2B.
• Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS), APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI/ML (including generative AI), microservices, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
