Description du poste

We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you

You’re an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a B2B SaaS product, from product strategy and roadmap through to commercial results. You combine strong product thinking with a hands‑on approach to AI and data, using both to understand customers, test ideas and make better decisions.

You’re commercially minded and can show how your product decisions have improved areas such as revenue, customer retention or pricing. You’re also confident partnering with engineering teams and turning complex technical ideas into clear value for customers and the business.

At Senior level, you’ll have greater responsibility for shaping our CRM strategy across the charity product suite, while at Product Manager level, your primary focus will be owning CRM product and contributing to the wider strategy.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and commercial performance for CRM product, focusing on customer value, revenue and retention while helping shape our wider CRM strategy across the charity product suite.
  • Use AI and data to discover and validate opportunities, including research, analysis, prototypes and early concepts, turning the strongest ideas into valuable features that help charities better understand and engage their supporters.
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, bringing teams together around clear priorities and translating complex AI and data opportunities into straightforward customer and business value.
  • Stay close to customers and the market, using research, product data and industry trends to understand fundraising teams, identify strategic opportunities and prioritise the work that will have the greatest impact.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working with fundraising or CRM products, ideally with an understanding of the UK charity sector and areas such as GDPR, consent, Gift Aid, regular giving and supporter data.
  • Experience bringing AI-enabled capabilities to market, such as predictive insights, intelligent automation or other practical applications of AI.
  • Experience working with connected products and data, including data integrations, unified customer or supporter views, or broader product portfolio strategies.
  • Experience in a scale‑up or smaller business environment, where you have taken broad ownership of a product and balanced strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
