As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategic vision for your team aligned with Civica's overall goals. You will lead by example, executing the product strategy across a suite of products, ensuring development practices and roadmaps support our global vision to maximize productivity and growth.

You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating with design, user research, engineering, and commercial teams. You will oversee the lifecycle management of your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our mission to be a global GovTech leader while delivering critical services worldwide.

The role includes line management responsibilities such as performance reviews, regular check-ins, and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams for successful product development and launches.
• Gather feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and market research to guide product decisions.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, guiding engineering efforts.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with the Product Marketing team, including developing messaging and positioning.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and inform decisions.
• Lead and mentor product managers, fostering best practices and skill development.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and thorough documentation of decisions and designs.

Requirements

• Background in software or product-led organizations with multiple product launches and growth.
