Job description

Working model: 5 days per week in Guildford

Type: Permanent, Full-time

We’re working with a leading UK professional services firm looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a high-impact portfolio spanning Data & AI, CRM and digital products.

This is a senior product leadership role with genuine influence over how the business uses data, AI and technology across its operations and customer experience.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, discovery and delivery, defining the roadmap for Data & AI initiatives while providing product leadership across key CRM and customer-facing digital platforms.

Working closely with engineering, data, commercial teams and senior leadership, you’ll identify opportunities, validate investment decisions and turn business challenges into products that deliver measurable value.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data & AI initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and data to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Lead product discovery and validate opportunities before significant investment
  • Build business cases and influence future product investment
  • Own and prioritise CRM and website product backlogs
  • Translate business objectives into clear product initiatives and measurable outcomes
  • Use customer insight, product data and commercial analysis to guide prioritisation
  • Define and track product KPIs, adoption and value realisation
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams throughout delivery
  • Manage senior stakeholders and communicate product priorities across the business
  • Mentor developing product professionals and help shape product best practice
What we’re looking for:
  • Significant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or product leadership
  • Strong experience owning product roadmaps and balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent product discovery and problem-solving skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including experience working with senior leadership
  • Experience operating within Agile product and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills and evidence-led decision making
  • Experience creating clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Experience delivering AI or data-driven products would be particularly valuable. Exposure to CRM, digital platforms or customer-facing products would also be highly relevant.

Please note that this is an office-based position and you will be expected to work from the Guildford office five days per week.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a strategically important product portfolio and help shape how an established professional services business uses AI, data and digital technology as it continues to evolve.
