Job description

The Senior Product Manager role focuses on leading data and AI solutions from discovery to scale with an emphasis on retail domain expertise and strategic stakeholder management. This position requires strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and prioritization skills in complex environments.

Candidates must demonstrate experience managing data, analytics, or AI products and shaping greenfield initiatives.

Interview rounds assess leadership values, role-specific expertise, and include a bar raiser.

What You'll Do

Your key accountabilities will include

• A Senior Product Manager already or an experienced Product Manager familiar with enterprise use cases and data science/AI solutions
• Deft at taking greenfield ideas all the way from discovery to scaled solutions
• Working knowledge of retail value chain, processes and decision making
• A sharp communicator with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and progress multiple pieces of work simultaneously
• Empathetic, strategic, entrepreneurial and outcome focussed
