Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to shape how we design and build AI systems across the business. You’ll translate complex problems into practical designs that scale, reuse patterns, and improve security and resilience.

You’ll collaborate across technical and business teams to drive architectural decisions, foster reusable AI patterns, and ensure end-to-end delivery with a focus on quality and governance.

Summary

Help shape how we design and build AI solutions at M&S. You’ll take complex problems and turn them into practical designs, while identifying opportunities to standardise and reuse what works. Your work will help create the foundations that make future AI solutions faster and easier to build at scale.
