You will oversee a team of product managers, collaborating with design, user research, engineering, and commercial teams. The role includes line management responsibilities, including performance reviews, regular check-ins, and supporting team development.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
3. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather insights for product decisions.
4. Define and prioritize product requirements, guiding the engineering process.
5. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and releases.
6. Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing, including developing positioning and messaging.
7. Analyze data to measure product performance, identify improvements, and inform decisions.
8. Lead and mentor product managers, fostering best practices and skill development.
9. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, documentation, and informed decision-making.

Requirements
