Job summary

NexHealth, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end‑to‑end product execution across discovery, delivery, and iteration on SaaS and API surfaces.

You will drive roadmaps grounded in first‑principles thinking, collaborating with Design and Engineering to deliver fast, high‑quality builds and strong user experiences. You will lead cross‑functional efforts with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM to support launches, adoption, and feedback loops, while defining and tracking platform metrics

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a full‑stack product owner in SaaS or API businesses.
• MVPs are launched weekly.
• Experience building API‑first products for a developer ecosystem.
• Strong design thinking with ability to bridge technical details and user experience.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end product execution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product execution across discovery, delivery and iteration on multiple surfaces (SaaS, API, Payments, Infrastructure).
• Develop and prioritize roadmaps grounded in user problems and first‑principles thinking.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to enable fast, high‑quality builds.
• Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and feedback loops.
• Define, track, and manage product metrics at the feature and platform level.
• Drive exceptional end‑to‑end user experiences from backend to UI layers.

• You won’t be tied to any single business unit—your work will span multiple surfaces and domains based on the highest priority problems in the company. We believe that obsessing over building the right product is what unlocks long‑term company value
• Full‑stack product ownership across discovery, delivery, and iteration on any surface area (SaaS, API, Payments, Infrastructure)
• Weekly engagement with users: front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients
• Roadmap development and prioritization grounded in first‑principles thinking
• Partner with Design and Engineering through tight, fast build cycles
• Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and feedback loops
• Define, track, and manage product metrics at the feature and platform level
• Design and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences—from backend architecture to delivery mechanisms and UI layers
