Job description

About The Job

Be among the first 25 applicants. Your mission is to help us build a Human Digital Twin. Healthcare systems face growing pressure to do more with limited resources. To address this, we must shift towards proactive healthcare - prioritising early detection and prevention.

We have insane access to data across millions of patients in real-time. What would you do? We're building insights that support clinical teams predict emerging risks in their patients. They can't live without them as it saves them time, improves patient outcomes, and drives hospital performance. We are the only class IIb certified AI-Clinical Decision Support tool (EU:MDR) and have deep integration and distribution partnerships with hospital IT providers (EPRs), enabling rapid scale across hundreds of hospitals.

About The Role

You'll own the entire product function - from strategic roadmap to day-to-day delivery. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineers, clinicians, and leadership to shape, build, and deliver solutions that clinical teams cannot live without. This is a high-impact role in a rapidly scaling start-up (<20 team) where you define product vision and work in the trenches simultaneously.

What You'll Do
  • Vision: Leading the development and execution of our product strategy
  • Translate: Working closely with engineering to translate complex clinical and regulatory requirements into buildable, valuable features
  • Communicate: Align stakeholders around a shared vision & evidence-led roadmap
  • Drive: Owning delivery of our regulated AI-CDS products, ensuring real-world impact, safety, and scalability
  • Adoption: Fire up clinical, HTA, and commercial teams to make our tools indispensable
  • Regs are sexy: You see compliance as a product superpower
  • Scale: Lay the foundation for a scalable product function
Requirements

You must apply if:

  • Demonstrable product leadership experience, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment
  • Built and scaled complex digital products, ideally in regulated or high-stakes industries (healthcare is a plus but not essential)
  • Thrive from whiteboard to Jira tickets (strategy and execution)
  • Your passion is to clarify complexity, everyone knows what needs delivering
  • You identify with the product definition in "Hard things about hard things"
  • Bias for action - you drive progress without waiting for perfect information
Bonus points
  • Experience with clinical workflows or have a clinical background
  • Built tools that summarise complex data (AI scribes, BI dashboards etc.)
  • Understand EPR systems and know how to use them (especially EPIC, Cerner, Altera)
  • You find regulatory and safety frameworks fun (MDR, FDA, DTAC, ISO 62366, IEC 62304 etc)
  • We love evidence and running evidence-generation studies
  • Experience in usability engineering and human factors, including user research, risk analysis, evaluation, and documentation to support compliance, regulatory submissions, and post-market surveillance
Why this role, Why now

We're at a defining moment - building core products, shaping regulatory pathways, and proving real-world value. This may well be the defining moment of your career, where your input will directly influence the trajectory of the company, the product, and patient outcomes. We're open to product leaders at different stages of their career - whether you're early and ready to level up fast, or highly experienced and looking to take ownership in a mission-driven start-up.
