Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for the SGP platform and to lead the PM team behind it.

You will collaborate with customers, platform engineering, and forward deployed teams to define capabilities, productize work with broader value, and improve how teams build, deploy, and operate AI applications. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on aligning work across teams, making tough scope decisions, and staying close to the details to ensure

Qualifications

• Platform, infrastructure, or developer product ownership from problem to launch and production use.
• Experience managing and developing PMs across multiple product areas.
• Strong product judgment with prioritization and sequencing.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, deployment, observability, identity and authorization.
• Experience driving adoption across teams with different needs.
• Clear writing and communication to articulate priorities and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap across developer experience and customer value.
• Define product requirements, write user journeys, and measure success by outcomes.
