Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Product Lead to steer strategy, development and performance of key customer propositions across banking journeys for millions of customers. You'll lead cross-functional teams with engineering, analytics, marketing and risk, balancing customer needs with regulatory and commercial goals, while championing a customer-first culture and driving growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product strategy and delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes within a digital product environment.
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps, prioritisation and delivery through cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics and business collaborators.
• Deep understanding of customer growth, engagement and retention strategies, with use of analytics and experimentation to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and objectives and key results for customer propositions and journeys.
• Lead initiatives that increase proposition adoption, customer engagement and relationship depth.
• Foster progress in essential banking activities, including salary credits, expenditure patterns, and payment of bills.
• Deliver initiatives that improve customer retention and lifetime value.
• Own product roadmaps and prioritisation decisions with focus on high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Risk and Customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to find opportunities and optimise performance.
• Track and improve growth, engagement, retention and customer value metrics.
• Embed Consumer Duty, conduct and regulatory requirements into product decisions.
• Maintain strong operational resilience and control standards across product delivery.
• Train and assist Product Leads while advancing product excellence and decisions grounded in evidence.
