Job summary

Team Creation Limited is a fast-growing software development company operating across Asia and Europe. You will lead product analytics, define metrics, and design end-to-end A/B tests to inform product decisions.

You will own market and product-line analysis, build the analytics backbone for business reviews, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Strong SQL, Python, statistics, and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years analytics experience in a consumer-facing product environment.
• Advanced SQL: performant queries, windowing, CTEs.
• Strong Python: pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels.
• Solid statistics: design, testing, sizing, multiple testing.
• Strong product sense: translate signals into hypotheses.
• Commercial thinking: focus on business impact.
• Structured thinking: frameworks like AARRR, North Star.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for new and existing features and design end-to-end A/B tests.
• Build analytics for revenue, retention, cohort performance, and LTV.
• Lead analytics for market entries and new product launches.
• Run deep-dive investigations from framing to final recommendation.
• Influence stakeholders with data-driven insights and clear reporting.
