You will balance hands-on work with leadership, serving as the go-to person for technical decisions and architecture within your domain.

You will shape the team's roadmap, own code quality, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams.

• Proven experience leading technical direction and architectural decisions.
• Strong software engineering foundation across backend and frontend systems.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define Technical Direction with the EM to shape roadmap and architecture.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: code quality, testing, reliability, performance and standards.
• Lead Technical Discovery: planning, design, and decision-making balancing short- and long-term needs.
• Collaborate across teams and act as a technical liaison.
• Grow the team: mentor engineers at all levels.
