Prolific is seeking a Senior Product Engineer II to be the senior technical contributor within the Engineering team. You will partner with the Engineering Manager to set technical direction and ensure delivery excellence, balancing hands-on work with leadership.

You will become the go-to person for architectural decisions within your domain and represent the team beyond its boundaries. You will define the team’s technical roadmap, drive engineering excellence, guide discovery and solution

• Proven experience leading technical direction and architectural decisions.
• Strong background in software engineering, testing, reliability, and scalable design.
• Ability to connect technical choices to business outcomes.

• Define the team's technical roadmap and architectural direction with the EM.
• Own code quality, testing, reliability, and performance standards.
• Guide technical discovery, design, and decision-making for the domain.
